Does anyone use the asauna or steam room after or before their workout? For years I have been using the asauna but recently (since 2011) I have been using the steam room as well. They're both very relaxing BUT which is better?

it's actually just sauna... But yes, I LOVE LOVE LOVE them. I am at a low budget gym and we dont have one.. but whenever I get the chance I use a sauna. I prefer it because it is a dryer heat and hurts less, as steam often gets in my eyes. I can be in a sauna for longer periods of time.. But I dont think one is neccessarily better than the other.. its just a matter of preference0

I use the steam room everyday after my workout. I have thought about using it before cause I have such a hard time sweating but since I have been working out 6 days a week for a month and a half now i am beginning to sweat more.
I cannot do dry heat it is to hard on me I have to do the steam for my lungs.0
