Hey everyone! I'm Nicole 27 from AZ. I have using my fitness pal about 2 weeks, when I became serious about my weight loss again. I became super serious last february about losing weight was at 193lbs (at 5'5) lost the first 20 pretty quickly...and was losing weight pretty steadily... I hit a plateau- which there are many reasons to blame... but I will just say I stopped tracking my food... not drinking as much water as I should of been and it made me hit a wall, I got frustrated and then 2 weeks ago I said I am going to finish this weight loss, started tracking my food, drinking my 8+ glasses of water a day and bam 2 weeks I lost 7 POUNDS!!!!! I am currently at 159lbs and would like to get to 125lbs, but would be happy at 135 :) we will see where my weight loss leads me :)

    LOL just so I dont get any more creepers emailing me, I am married and I have a 2 year old daughter!!! I am a housewife and mommy. My day involves taking care of my 2 year old cleaning and working out!!! :laugh:
