Quick Steak & Veggie Buns

Steak & Veggie Buns
(makes 2 servings)
Green peppers
Onions
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 pkg Maple Leaf grilled sirloin steak strips (pre-cooked)
2 Tbsp. Bulls Eye Original BBQ Sauce
2 slices Black Diamond light mozzarella cheese
2 Eating Right 100% whole wheat buns
Mix green peppers and onions with oil and grill or fry until soft. Mix steak strips and bbq sauce together in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute to re-heat. Divide steak, veggies between the buns and place one slice of mozzarella cheese on each. Enjoy!
