Hi everyone! I'm new here and have just started my weight loss journey. I have gained a lot of weight since having my two kids and now is the time to get back in shape! I'm going to the gym at least 4 days a week and have really cut down my calorie intake and improved my diet. I've only been doing this for a week so far, so I'm hoping to stay motivated!
