You have to taste this to believe it! So creamy and delicious. Also a good source of vitamins, fiber, potassium and good-for-you fats.

In a blender, combine:
1 avocado, peeled and pitted
1 cup skim milk
1 cup ice
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Makes 3 servings
