Hi there......:O)

My nickname from my dearly beloved is Pobbles.....which sadly sounds like wobbles, but this is NOT where the nickname originally came from!

I am a 43 year old female and weighed in at 195lbs a week ago. I knew I was over weight but I am such an out going person, it never really bothered me that much.......or was I just in denial?

Well a work colleague made a "joking" remark to me, which hurt me so much that I thought I WILL do something about my extra lbs.

So here I am......and happy as can be, as through this first week I have lost 6lb already.

This site is great as it really does show you a detailed plan of what I am eating, and where I may have been going wrong all these years.

So wish me luck and hope to get to know some of you through the community and the message boards x x x
