Hello I'm new here and I've been using MFP fir about a week now I have recently started to educate myself on good health and I know I still have a lot more to learn. I have lost 14 lbs so far in just about 3.5 week. By counting calories, drinkings 54 fl oz a day and light excersize for now. I am very positive about my goal to reach 150 lbs and I know i will do it! All I need now is some friends to learn from and look up too.

ive been using MFP for 11 days now and i love it, its soo supportive, even when we've 'fell off the wagon' everyone is helpful and gives encouragement

This is a great site. It allows you to see just exactly what you are putting into your body and makes you conscienous of healthy eating. I love it. I have been a member for about a week, and in the last 12 days lost 18 lbs. There is a great support system here. I hope you do well on you journey, and if you wanna add me, feel free.
