Just another Newbie introduction

Hay all,

Im Kotki, F, 22.

A friend recommended me to the sight and i thought i would give it a go. I have a lot to lose (about 179lbs) so i think i will be around here for a while.

The idea of loosing that much weight is dawning but i know if i break it up into managable goals i will get there.

I hope while i'm here i will make many friends as we all know that a bit of friendly encouragement is what we all need to help us on our way.
