Boot camp?

I need to try to figure out how many calories I am burning at my hour long boot camp workouts. any ideas? I dont have a HRM and cant get one so that is not a option.

you can try logging it under circuit training. I have a MFP that does boot camp and her calories burned are comparable to the ones I burn during circuit training. note: not under curves circuit training!0

I read in a book (Calorie King actually) that you burn 4 calories per minute for light activity, 7 for moderate, and 10 for intense. Comparing that to the exercise database on MFP it seems to be pretty accurate. Hope this helps!0

I recently did two hour long kick your *kitten* bootcamp classes where you did one thing for one minute and ran to the next thing, etc.etc. It was composed of mostly core exercise, planks, etc. And sprinting, and spinning bikes. For an hour i burned 589 the first time and the second time I burned 574. This is according to my polar f6 hrm.0
