yay! my size 12 ( equivalent to US size 8 ) trousers are now loose on me! yippie! i remember this time last year i coudnt get them past my knees!
im now 24lbs down! and have lost 7lbs since i joined mfp 3 weeks ago! im so glad i found this site! another 8lbs to go to goal. and depending on how i feel then i may re-evaluate.
