feel sluggish and need motivating words :(

ugh. im feeling very sluggish this morning and i dont want to do anything but lay in bed. me and my mom are going to the mall and the airport to pick up my big bro but thats about all i care to do today. TOM just came in too so that may be why im so reluctant to do anything ;)

    Get dressed and work out! You will be glad you did! You will get your heart pumping and get out of your funk so that you can enjoy seeing your big brother! You can do it!!!

    I always regret NOT working out.

    Never ever ever have I regretted working out. :) Sometimes it takes me longer to get motivated than it does to actually work out, though. Hahaha.

    You know what you need to do, so go ahead and do it!! I guess that goes for me too.

    I often feel that way on Saturdays and Sundays... feel like if I work all week I deserve to do nothing on weekends... Then, I have to start talking to myself and say "remember how good you feel when you are active, so get up and move" Not to say this works all the time but it usually does. Think how good you will feel once you get moving.

    GO GO GO girl.... get up and be nice to yourself and make yourself feel good.

    Only you can do it...

    ^ Sound Familiar? One of MFPals sent my profile to me when I was feeling sluggish and it totally worked! I hit the gym!

    Make a new workout playlist and tell yourself you'll go to the gym for just 30 minutes.

    Chances are, you'll stay longer once you get into it! If not, 30 minutes for your body and your mind is still great!

    Most importantly- GET UP AND GO!
  • im surprised the scale says im half a lb from when i last weight and this is the first day of my TOM! go me! lol
