Low carb, high calorie food

Hi there!
I have insulin resistance so it's really important to me to maintain a low carb diet, because of that, my dietitian told me to not surpass 180 carbs per day, which was fine for me, but as I'm doing exercise almost everyday (currently doing the 30 day shred) I need to eat more which makes really hard to maintain my carb goal at 180, most of the time I end up at 200 carbs.
So my question is if you know any kind of food that is relatively high in calories but low in carbs (less than 10 will be awesome). I can make my diary public if you want to (but is in Spanish) but I mostly eat cereal bars with vitamins and peanuts.-

I am recently lactose intolerant so have been also working at getting calorific items with some good fat into my diet. Without the dairy it has been an experiment to get in enough calories and fat some days for me.
The biggest things that I've added are avacados, nuts (brazil nuts are highest in calcium), and natural peanut butter.0
