When I use the treadmill I show weight loss on the Wii scale, but when I use the elliptical I gain weight on the Wii scale. So should I focus on elliptical to build muscle or on the treadmill to lose weight. So confused what is going on.

Are you weighing after you workout? because you will show a weight gain. I've heard from trainers that the harder you workout the more of a weight gain you will show0
