Total gym

Hi everyone,
I have finally gotton down to my goal weight, started at 280 pounds and I am now 195 pounds.
Now I am ready to tighten up all those flabby areas.
So I just got a total gym 2000 off of craigs list and ordered the dvds and training card deck on line. They should be here by monday or tuesday. I can't wait to start using it.
My question is for those that have one, how long before I will start seeing results? And are any workouts better than others?

    Its a great tool! I say, use it and be consistant. I need to take advantage of mine as well. Give yourself a couple of weeks, thats what I would suggest. Its really amazing how you use your own weight! Simple is great. Good luck!
