I am finally headed down on the scale and it's because of the discipline around my food intake journaling that this site has encouraged. I love the way it tells me at the end of the day how much I'll weigh in 5 weeks if I keep eating that way.
I also like being easily able to analyze my protein and fiber intake. If those are low I get hungry! Thanks myfitnesspal.com.

I totally agree... last night I input my calories, saw that i was going to be over just a little, so even though i wasn't going to work out, i did it just to make sure i was on track!
