Well since my last post i've lost 5lbs but i put on my exercise clothes and thought..."wow i am looking pretty good!' so i took a picture to compare it to from when i started in july of last year..pretty happy!

194lbs on the left...163lbs on the right

at the top right under where it says "Message Boards » Success Stories" there should be a bullet for "Signature" click that and you can write inside of it whatever you want
