I don't know which plan to follow

I lost 50 pounds with Weight Watchers, had a baby, and now I have a lot of that weight to lose again, plus some. I would have gone back to Weight Watchers, but I don't like their new problem, and the new points system is too much for my tired brain to handle right now. I know that some of you use certain weight loss plans here, and incorporate it into My Fitness Pal.
Are you using the my fitness pal plan? Are there any other plans that you enjoy? I feel like I need some direction. I like to choose my own foods, but I feel like I need some real direction on how many carbs/protein/fats to eat. I also don't like a plan where I have to follow their exact choice of foods. For example: an egg with juice in the morning and a chicken salad at lunch. I like to choose my own foods, but following a certain amount of calories/protein/carbs.
I don't know if we are allowed to discuss other diet plans on here. Please forgive me if not.
So basically, what I am trying to say is that I am wondering if I should be using another program or if I should be using the outline for recommended calories/carbs/protein/fat that myfitnesspal gave me.
Thank you so much for your help!

Hia from London and welcome, this is a great site for keeping you motivated.... Peronally I am just following the MFP diary and staying within my calories and am finding it very easy to do so, yes I have my days when I do go over but so far I am loseing a bit each week0

First of all...WELCOME! I LOVE MFP! Just enter what foods you eat and how much and it will calculate your calories for you. It's very easy to use..and free! I'm not using a plan, just my own I guess. This site makes you think about how much you eat and how you can find ways to eat healthier. I think this is all you need.
GOOD LUCK!
PS. The people on this site are VERY helpful. I've noticed that the WW message boards are very catty. You won't get the cattiness here. Just helpful info.0 -
I changed my percentages to a lower carbohydrate plan and just follow my calorie guide0

I really like the 6 day body makeover. You can find the book on Amazon for around 5-6 dollars. I have been following it for 2 weeks now, with the help of this site, and lost 18 lbs.0
