No Sauce Pasta Dish

I'm sure there are alot of variations on this, but my wife made this up tonight, and it was rather yummy!!! For no sauce, I was real impressed. If you like it and use it, I created the meal, just search "No Sauce Pasta Dishes"
Rena's Chicken & Vegetable Pasta
6 Mini-Sweet Peppers
1/2 Red Onion
1 Medium Tomato
1 Boneless Chicken Breast
1/2 Box Spaghetti
Lemon Juice to taste
Boil pasta. Broil chicken breast. Cut all vegetables and chicken into bite size pieces. Saute vegetables in 1 tbsp of Veg. oil. When done, toss in chicken and pasta (lemon juice if desired).
We figured it makes about 4 servings. She ate 1, I ate 2.
Total Calories: 1208 Per serving: 301
Total Fat: 19.5g 4.875g
Saturated fat: 1.5g .375g
Polyunsaturated: 6.1g 1.525g
Monounsaturated: 8.2g 2.05g
Cholesterol: 75mg 18.75mg
