Don't worry about the veggies. Enter all the other items bread, cheese, meat and sauce.

I know they have the calories listed for some of their sandwiches on the cups...also, since they are so conscious of it...they will definitely have a nutrition count on their website.0

I don't log my veggies at Subway, just the sub and meat and cheese. But if you do olives you might want to count those, I don't care for them myself. Plus I only add a dab of mustard and no mayo for me, so I don't worry about those 3-5 calories either. Some may say it's wrong, but I burn that much off getting my iced tea... so I don't sweat it!0

Definitely log the olives - they're actually quite high in fat (about 1g per olive). Take your best guess at how many were on it. I wouldn't worry about the other veggies so much...0

if you type in subway, it will come up with a list of sandwiches0

i eat at subway frequently and if you just put in subway in the search it will bring up everything you get veggie wise on the menu. just do a search....they are all in there0

from the website its 570 for the sandwich. not sure on the veggies but I would imagine it would be very little for the calories. Maybe someone who knows more will come along. Good luck with you weight loss!!0

We built it as a recipe and then it gave it to me.0

In the past I have hit nutrition on the bottom left then your build on the right hand of the box then you can customize to exactly what your sandwich had on it then add a food on mfp based on their stats. Then again I only eat two variations so it wasn't that time consuming.0 -
If you really want to know the what to log for the veggies, you can check here:

I came across this website that I use to calculate Subway...
http://www.eddieoneverything.com/calculators/subway-sandwich-calorie-carb-nutrition-calculator.php
<<Subway Nutrition Calculator
Select each ingredient on your sub from the drop-downs. You can choose as many ingredients from each list as you want. As you add ingredients, they will be added to the Nutrition Facts table. You can delete ingredients after they are added by checking the “x” next to the ingredient name in the Nutrition Facts table.>>0
