I was at Starbuck's and they were closing so the employee was giving out free cupcakes! How could I resist? Well, I did. I kept thinking about how I had no calories left how the cupcake must be who knows how many hundred of calories. I took it to go and will try to wait until after Yoga tomorrow to eat it!

You are right about the fat. I didn't think about that.
Here's the official nutrition info at http://www.starbucks.com/menu/food/bakery/red-velvet-cupcake?foodZone=9999
430 calories!!!!!!!!!! And 26 grams of fat! That's a whole Bikram Yoga class! I will consider tossing it.0 -
[Homer Simpson voice] mmmmm...Red Velvet Cupcake...*droool*[/Homer Simpson voice]
I do so love a cupcake, especially a free one, but one that's been hanging out in a display all day and that will leave you feeling negatively is not worth it. Bake yourself a guilt-free cuppie (red velvet cake mix + diet 7-Up) and enjoy that sucker!0 -
