I heard about this site from a friend, and I thought I'd give it a shot. I know I have the ability to reach my goal, its the motivation I don't have. I'm hoping this will help. It's easy to be lazy. :]

So, anything I should know starting off?

    Do this everyday!!!! If you do you will succeed. Even if you go over your calories just log them. Good luck and welcome!

    What she said. Also, make your food diary viewable to your friends so they can help hold you accountable. Good luck! I'm sure you'll do great.

    Keep track of all your food.
    Download the application to your phone if you can.
    Keep track of your excerise.
    Weight yourself and measure your body.
