Haven't checked in since we've been on vacation for two weeks
Last check in was week 2 at 133.4
This week 131.4
Lost 2 pounds while on vacation; didn't log calories and splurged QUITE a bit!! How did that happen?! :noway:
I think I should go on vacation more often :laugh:0 -
Seem to have hit a plateau weight wise these last two weeks. Still gaining muscle and lost 2 inches off my waist. Yesterday was Father's Day so my wife made me a very sinful hot fudge sundae for dessert. It was so bad, but oh SO GOOD! :laugh:
