    Hi everyone!

    Haven't checked in since we've been on vacation for two weeks :smile:

    Last check in was week 2 at 133.4
    This week 131.4

    Lost 2 pounds while on vacation; didn't log calories and splurged QUITE a bit!! How did that happen?! :noway:

    I think I should go on vacation more often :laugh:

    Seem to have hit a plateau weight wise these last two weeks. Still gaining muscle and lost 2 inches off my waist. Yesterday was Father's Day so my wife made me a very sinful hot fudge sundae for dessert. It was so bad, but oh SO GOOD! :laugh:

    Hello everyone.
    Last week I was at 203lbs
    Today the scale said 198.6 lbs
    All the exercise is paying off. Down 4.4lbs. Yay!
  • Sorry I am late to check in. I have been sick this week. But I am happy to say that all my laying around doing nothing didn't do any harm to my weightloss!
