lately my boyfriend I have been getting into some really nasty fights. they're always late at night in cause me to binge eat out of stress and go over in calories. I'm always too tired at night to work out and relieve the stress . I really don't want our relationship issues affecting my weight loss but it's clear that they are . any advice ?

Find foods you can eat, for me it's pickles, 2 oz of Odwalls juice (superfoods or b monster), popcorn, tomato soup I make in the blender.
And can you get yourself an exercise dvd for stress relief? Preferably a stomach one like this one (it's my fave and it WORKS) from Meghan White called "Perfect Abs"

I love that one. It will kill you in like 8 minutes and you will NOT want to fight anymore at all after you do it. Trust me on this. And you'll sweat like anything and be gasping for air.0 -
Getting in arguments is never good, especially over something silly like food! When you're staring blankly into your fridge or pantry, ask yourself, "do I really want this? how will I pay for it tomorrow?" Most likely, from the info I know of, you'd pay for it with an arguments or having to work out a little more. Most of binging is psychological. Stay strong, girl!0

Oh! And also, if you're just binging because of cravings, think about it like this! When you crave sugary things like chocolate, your mineral levels are low, including magnesium. Try to eat a few macadamian nuts that are rich in magnesium! I like to eat a spoonful of peanut butter instead of chocolate, it seems to help the cravings too. Salty cravings are also because of low mineral levels.0

If he is not loving and supportive, he could always be the first 150-200 pounds you drop!! Seriously though, I know I am old and married, but you deserve happiness, peace and a sense of well-being. If this relationship is hurting you, you have some decisions to make.0
