Just thought I'd stick a quick post on here to say hello and I'm very glad to be a member. I've got some weight to lose and I'm look forward to having a way of tracking it and learning from other people!

I don't know if anyone else has experienced this, but there's a certain irony in the fact that the banner advert of the top of this page I'm writing on is for "All You Can Eat 70% off".

    LOL. Seems a bit sadistic doesn't it ? I usually get the Dominoes pizza ad.

    LOL - I am getting the cartoon people that are huge, and then "poof" they are skinny, then "poof" they are huge again.

    i had the banner for "50 Extreme Workouts"......wonder if they tailor the banners to the users?
