My first week...

Well, as I finish up my first week here, I have lost a grand total of 8 pounds which is more than my goal weight loss. I think its the dedication to eating more healthy that is working. I know every week won't be 8 pounds and that I'll have some setbacks along the way, but all I can do is keep trying my best every week to keep up with my exercise program and keep eating healthy food.
Any tips, recipes or words of wisdom would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

keep your body guessing and you won't hit any standstills. It's good that you realize it won't be 8lbs every week. My first week I lost 7lbs and got discouraged that the following week was only 1lb.0
