Good Morning and Welcome, I am one week new, and this is the best site to accomplish your goal, when you are tracking you calories and exercise, I have lost 6lbs so far by doing this !!!!!.0

This is the first time I feel I really tried to do this right. I did my best to make my calories balance out each day. This morning was my first "weigh in" (1 week).....I lost 10 pounds!! I know it will level off next week but if I can do it so can you!!
If you try really hard for the first week, don't weigh yourself in the middle, i bet you WILL see improvement!:bigsmile: and that will motivate you onward!
What i decided i like about this site is that it makes me aware of just how many calories are going into my mouth each time i take a bite. At the beginning of the week i had to check the calories on just about everything i ate. By the end of the week i pretty much checked out dinner items. Best yet....I let myself eat things like choc. pudding (yummmm) I just make sure it is figured in to the total and eat it in small amounts. Also you can exercise it off. The more you exercise the more you can eat! yeah!
Log in EVERYDAY.
