Hi everyone, this is my first post. Does anyone on here use APEX brand supplements? What do you think of them. Reason is, a guy who is training me says they are great, and was just curious what everyones opinions were on them. Thanks!

My gym sells and mixes their protien shakes with their products.
If your gym/trainer is like my gym/trainer, then they are probably promoting their product more than anything since its their product they use. If its an independent trainer, then it could just be sound advice.
I think another thing to remember is that most of these products are the same thing just sold by another company. In some instances, the FDA requires it to be the exact same product. The only difference sometimes is filler ingredients, flavors or the process in how it gets to the end result.
Hope this was helpful in some way.0 -
The trainer is an independent trainer. He competes in bodybuilding comps and said after going through lots of other brands that Apex was what he liked best so he's stuck with it.
Yeah, that's helpful. I tried some of the products at another gym, they would have samples out everyonce in a while, and I really like them. The gyms prices are very expensive, but he has a friend who sells the entire Apex line at a 35% discount, which makes the products basically the same price as anything else out there.0 -
I use the Apex products through my gym. So far I have seen nothing but positive results. I do like their shakes & bars, they are very flavorable.
Glad to hear that an independant trainer likes their stuff. Nice to know that someone not working for them or one of their gyms reccommends their products.
Good luck!!0 -
I just looked up the website. The products look fantastic, I'm really tempted to buy some of their products.
I mean, all sorts of health supplements plus snacks in the shapes of cookies! I would totally go for it.0
