Hey challengers! How is your June shaping up?

Well, my new found comittment to myself has paid off with a handsome reward:
Started June 1 at 222.2
June 9 223.4
June 13 222.6
and TODAY 220.4 :smile:

finally, I followed my plan for food and exercise all week and I got results. I quit making excuses for myself and I am motivated again to do whatever I need to do to get healthier!

I would love to hear how everyone is doing, good, great or indifferent. :wink:

    Hi thanks for starting a new Monday am post

    Bad girl yesterday - I didnt even weigh in but will tomorrow
    I was down one lb. on Sun morn but then dinner and dessert happened!

    Goals this week

    1. Plan meals and stick to the plan!
    2. Walk or do elliptical at least 4 times.
    3. Lose 3 lbs.

    Nice goals Heather.

    I guess I should have listed my goals for teh week....
    run 5x for minimum of 2.5 miles
    body pump 4 times
    stick to eating plan by planning ahead
    ideally I want to loose another 2 lbs, mainly I want to break the 220's!
