Please excuse my stupidity, but I just bought all natural peanut for the first time and it is very runny! Is it supposed to be like that?

    Oops nevermind, I just read oil seperation is natural lol!!

    Yup! It means its not homogenized :)
    Basically before you eat it you have to stir for a minute or two. It tastes a ton better though!

    I discovered a wonderful "feels-too-good-to-be-true" lunch this weekend:

    Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich: 400 calories, 50 carbs, 34 fat, 22 protien.
    Smucker's natural creamy peanut butter and smucker's simply fruit strawberry on whole wheat! :smile: YUMMMY!!

    I felt like I was being bad...but I wasn't!
