Hi vin welcome to the site, I just got back on the healthy bandwagon a few months ago, combining cardio every 2nd day followed with weights on opposing days. I used to be a gym nut bodybuilding mostly when I was in my late teens and early 20s then time took its toll and the gym fell out of my life. I recently got inspired by my wife to get back in shape, he had lost roughly 30 pounds doing the herballife challenge and she had started working out. I was so proud of her and started taking a good hard look in the mirror and decided its time to get back to my former fitness. I started at 195 lbs and 5ft8. I am a heavy equipment tech so for the most part days are pretty physical so I was not lacking in strength but cardio was terrible. I am getting better on the diet side of it and am now 180 pounds after just 2 months and started at running 1 mile and am now at 4. Its amazing how fast you can make a change my goal is 165 but we will see if I can get to that I am playing it by ear.0
