Any of you guy ever have left over calories at the end of the night that you don't know what to to with? I have this problem every night. I am on 1200 calories plus I try to eat all of my exercise calories( so usually like 1800 calories total) and no matter how much or how many times a day I eat I am always left scarfing down 300 or 400 calories right before bed. I tried to incorporate more calories with each of my meals and I added about 50 more calories to all of my snacks (I eat 3 regular meals and then I have 5 snacks throughout the day) but I am still left with calories at the end of the night. What do you guys do?

    Ship those extras to me!!

No really, maybe some of the "good" fat foods would help such as nut, olive oil, avacodo.

    Lucky Duck!

Those calories are pounds! As long as you are getting all your nutritional needs for the day, I would add them all up and once I got to 3500 voila' it's another pound lost.

Not a bad problem if you ask me?

I know what you're going through. I never realized how little I usually eat. My friends always told me I didn't eat all that much when I go into the gym and we talk about it. I guess when I'm eating well, I don't take that many calories in. I'm already halfway through my day and still have over 900 calories I need to eat for the rest of the day! And I really don't know when I'm going to eat them lol. To think, I eat a little something, no longer hungry after my snacks and meals, and still have calories left. It's kind of weird. I indulged a little and had some fat free chocolate milk last night and a mint 3Musketeers to get my calories up when I realized I still had about 450 left for the day at like 8:30pm. Trying not to eat past 9, but usually trying to eat most of the calories before 7pm. It's really hard on the days that I have worked out and am eating at home instead of going out.

you should try to plan it out so you eat those calories during the day, add 1/2 a serving of almonds to your lunch, and maybe some to a snack during the day... or add a 4 oz piece of chicken to your lunch or something like that but remember, if you don't eat the calories the site proscribes, you are basically negating the plan and going outside the parameters. It's ok if you do, but don't expect the site to be right if you do.

Yes unfortunately it is rare for me to have that problem as well.. my main problem is even when I do have extra calories..I am sometimes in the negatives for my carbs or proteins.. a day never goes by when SOMETHING is in the negatives! I can't seem to even it all out!!!!!
