Hi I am doing insanity also!! I start week 4 tomorrow! I havn't lost any weight either! I try to eat around the 1800 calories like the guide figures for me, but allot of days I do extra cardio so I eat a bit more to compensate with a bit more calories! Like you I havn't lost any weight, but my abdomen has reduced about .5 inch or so! I am at lost somedays if I need to reduce calories or not to loose or stay at 1800 calories and wait it out and see! I will send you a friend request!

I am having the same issue. I am starting week four with no weight loss. My husband says he can see a difference but I think he is just trying to be nice. It is kinda frustrating to get on the scale...0

i did the entire 63 day program and lost 3 pounds during that time. Make sure you eat enough clean calories and reel in your carbs. The inches lost was awesome, so take measurements and pictures.0

I'm not having much of a weight loss, but I just did the 2nd Fit Test yesterday. I took my measurements and will take them again with my next Fit Test to see if there is much of a change. I did read in a few different places that month 2 really takes the pounds off, month 1 is just getting you ready for month 2. I have pictures from back in October and will take them again before my next fit test.0

You will enjoy Insanity. The biggest thing I have learned is keeping up my calorie count. You are going to burn a lot of calories.0
