I've started working out again and think I gained weight from it...hoping it's off by Monday
mielkklbz, I am fighting a virus as well
Exercise goal: 90 of 360 minutes
I've been refusing to let it stop me, and so far isnt' getting as bad as the rest of the household. . :P doing quite well tho despite being sick, going to go home, zone out on the bike, and see how much I can put in before my body says stop0 -
