Cooking with wine?

When you cook w/ wine, do you usually include those calories in the recipe calculator? Doesn't the alcohol usually cook out? I'm going to try a chicken/wine crock pot recipe, and I'm not sure what to do!

    Yes still put it in your recipe calculator! The alcohol cooks out but the calories don't! I cook with beer and wine a lot!
