Well, this is the first time I've ever tried to commit myself to a program. I really need to lose the baby weight from six months ago. So, I hope this really helps.

    Not necessarily. It's just that baby weight is usually in the tummy and hips and those are the two hardest places to slim down.

    I can relate to the tummy. I'm pretty healthy looking - everywhere but my gut! :ohwell:
