So... I eat so much, yet I'm not getting enough calories, but I'm getting too much sodium. Anyone know any low sodium/ high calorie snacks? (That's not fruit or veggies) Thaaaanks!

Cut out processed food. Focus on eating totally clean (meat, dairy, fruits & veggies). It's hard to go over on sodium when you're not eating stuff with chemicals & preservatives in it.0

Try eating more complex carbs, like whole grain breads and things. They're higher in calories, and aren't carrots. I think they fit your criteria, and it's super good for you.0

I took a look at your diary and you are under on your sodium. In fact your numbers look pretty good. Its says you went over in the protein but for some people thats not an issue and some even need that extra protein. I only glanced at the food because I was looking more closely at the numbers and they look great. You said no fruit or veggies, do you not like them? If your not eating enough of them are you at least taking a multi-vitamin?
I don't know of any other high calorie, low sodium snacks that are not fruits and veggies because most processed foods are high in sodium. Good luck0 -

I LOVE my fruits and veggies! Sometimes I'd need some that's 200 calories but couldn't be more than 300mg of sodium... I didn't want to eat all of my pudding in one day even though it fit the goal. And THANK you for looking at my diary. I really appreciate it because I was once eating 2500mg of sodium when it's recommended by the American Heart Association that you only have 1500 or less.0
