Today decided to use the free weights instead of the machines. I did a circuit with a mix of 6 different exercises, including deadlifts. Within 30 minutes, my legs were so sore. Well maybe not sore, but inching to soreness. I will totally feel it tomorrow.
I am blaming the deadlifts. I remember the first time I did them, my legs were totally sore.
What strength training have you been doing?

oh, we did ladder back squats the other day, followed by jumping barbell jump squats. I was ruined, DOMS set in and my quads were on fire.
The day after there was <ahem> a lot of jumping involved. I'm crippled.
Looking forward to tomorrow!:smokin:0 -
I do circuits 4 days a week! I primarily Push day 1, Pull day 2(which happen to include stiff leg deads), rest and again Push day 3, Pull day 4.
Within this I do front of legs and back of legs alternating days as well.
Weight are a wonderful part of my life! :-D0
