Dinners u dont cook youself

so what do you do if u are not cooking dinner? I mean, of course i know what is in it, but as far as butter or olive oil? I am just afraid that i am underestimating... I try not to but i live with my boyfriend and sometimes we go to his friends who cook for me. I can only deny dinner so many times before irs rude you know? Any advice would help

Could you ask whoever has cooked the meal for the amounts they've used? I'm sure they wouldn't mind.
If you're shy about anyone knowing that you're counting ask as though you're asking for the recipe.0 -
If it doesn't happen very often I just wouldn't worry about it. You can have a "cheat" meal or day and it won't affect your weight loss. I usually have two a week and I'm still losing consistently.0
