Also, www.budget101.com has a lot of recipes for stuff you normally buy at the store. An example is taco seasoning. What you buy in the store normally has tons of sodium. By making it yourself, you can avoid a lot of extra sodium. 7 tsp of the home made taco seasoning has 62 mg sodium. 7 tsp of store bought Taco Bell taco seasoning has 1295 mg of sodium! What a difference!
