I joined MFP a few weeks ago and like many on here I was amazed as to how many calories I was consuming a day.

There would be days I would be eating more than I should and days that I was barely eating 1000 calories.

I know now why I haven't been losing weight, even though I could burn thousands of calories a week at the gym. My nutrition and diet sucked.

Thank you MFP for making me see sense and with you all I hope to get it right this time :)

    Yes, I have actually been at a standstill this past week and I now know that I need to consume more calories and eat more fruits and vegetables! Good blessings on your journey!
