anyone have a preference on scales? There are only about a million different kinds and brands out there. i don't have have my own scale and when i use other peoples scales i get a different reading every time that can be as much as 10 lbs difference. links, prices and whatnot would be good

Yeah, good question... I also notice inconsistencies between one scale and another, and that is aggravating. I use a digital one that (supposedly) measures body fat and what-not, but eh...nothing special about it. I think what matters is that you use the same one every time so that you can better gauge your actual weight loss. Good luck!0
