I think I'm getting a cold..

I'm feeling a little itchy around the throat...I might be getting a cold but I don't want to get sick because it will so throw me off if I can't go to the gym.

Anyone have any advice to quickly avoid this cold?

    Copious amounts of vitamin C...


    I'd recommend 1 250-500mg pill per hour.

  • Exercise through it. It'll really drain you out and make you feel good. I know I don't let sickness stop me from working out.
