I discovered this site 1 week ago. My kids give me a hard time because I always have a reduction plan and it doesn't seem to change anything. This is the most rational plan I have found. I am striving to lose 1 pound per week and I think it is very doable.

    Welcome

I have been here since Jan 7th and I just love it.

    A few tips:
    1) weigh & measure everything. My eye was much larger than actual amount :noway:
    1) log what you're about to eat BEFORE you eat it, this can help you make better choices

    Wishing you the best :drinker:

It is so easy to decieve yourself into believing that you haven't eaten that much and you can't understand why you're not losing any weight. When you track your food it doesn't take long to discover your denial. It takes time but it is time well spent.
