ive been making do with my old pair of jeans with a belt, but now my tops are very very loose. im 7lbs away from goal! should i wait till then? sooo tempting!

Salvation Army, Goodwill, etc. will tide you over until then. If you buy clothes at your current size, 7 lbs may put you a size below and you'll have the same problem.
