Hi
Has anyone bought or used one of these I ordered one at the weekend just wondered if anyone knew if it is any good? I probably should have asked before ordering it! Hopefully it'll help me lose a bit more since the only other exercise I do is on the treadmill or just walking.

    I like the firm and yes it should help. The wave was not my fav set but I'm sure it will help some lifting in your workout is always good.

    I have the old Transfirmer dvd set and I really like it. I also used to have a bunch of the old Firm tapes on VHS. I really enjoy them.
