Maybe add a little more exercise, drink about 100 oz of water a day and change up what you are eating. Our body gets used to eating the same foods all the time and sometimes it needs a jolt to the metabolism. Try eating some foods you haven't had in a very long time. Good luck and congrats!0

Just looked at your profile. You say youre working out 5-6 times a week...does that include strength training? Muscles weigh more than fat so have a body fat composition test and see where youre at there. When you're so close to your BMI its going to be tougher but if your body fat is low then I wouldn't worry about 1 point on the bmi scale. Keep doing what you're doing, you may gain more muscle which would push your BMI higher but you'd be healthier.
Think about it, a bmi of 25 with 28% body fat or a bmi of 27 with 20% body fat...this is where the BMI scale is seriously flawed, its a good basic tool but once near the magical 25 I think body fat % matters more0 -
I concur with 1southernchick. You need to jolt your metabolism. Another possible way to do it is to eat more for a day or two(watch the sodium though). I don't mean to go way overboard, but maybe add 250-500 calories each day and then go back to your normal eating routine.0
