That really stinks. It could have been water weight because of the few cheat foods you ate. I've heard a lot of people put on ridiculous water weight, even from something simple like a can of soda!
I weight myself once a month.... it keeps me from getting discouraged and eliminates those water weight fluctuations.
Don't quit! Keep working at it. If you find that you've plateaued, consider changing your cardio, weightlifting regimen or even upping your calorie count by 100. The last thing was what really made a difference for me!
