Hey all! Thought I'd step up and introduce myself finally. I'm a 29 yr. old mom of two little guys. I've struggled with my weight, and the low self-esteem that goes with it, all my life. I've lost the weight twice already, and am about halfway through time #3. My pregnancies were not kind to me in that area. This time around, I've had a harder time sticking with it. A friend of mine introduced me to this site, and I'm hoping it'll help. I'm already loving that it does all the calories & conversions for you. Any tips that help are greatly appreciated! Welcome and good luck! If you are diligent with this, you can have great success!! Best advice that I can give you would be... be honest with yourself and logging your food. Once you see what you are actually eating you will start to want to make better choices so your numbers don't "get red". Again, good luck!0
