If i didnt track fruit and veg i would eat about 10 bananas a day to feel full
I only snack on bananas if i have been working out alot, i stick to apples etc which are half the amount of bananas!:blushing:
Good suggestion! I was appalled at how many calories banas actually are I eat them everyday lol0 -
I track everything. I have a food scale that is very helpful in accurately measuring things like fruits and veggies. So much better than measuring in cups, or saying, I had a half a mango or one apple. Grams and ounces is the best way to ensure you are inputting what you have really eaten. Also, you should be looking at vitamins and minerals as well as fat and calories, so why wouldn't you want to put in the foods you eat that are filled with good things?
I also use my scale weigh out things like chips or other snacks to make sure I am having the proper serving, or sometimes just to check the serving size and see if the package is labeled right.
The one i have is a Salter Digital Nutritional Scale from Williams Sonoma.0
