Mine used to be right below 60, then I got tachycardia and it was 80-90 and would jump over 125 just walking to the kitchen. I am on a beta-blocker to keep it stable, and it is back to 55-60, and my exercise goal rate is 130-140. I am a testament to the dangers of ephedra, which I believe caused my tachycardia.

Dunno what mine is now as I don't have a working HRM, but, back in the 90s when I was training and racing heavily (running) it got as low as 39bpm.

I also had a ridiculous 203 maximum HR when I was in my 40s. On the general rule of 220 minus your age, that's the heart rate of a 17 year old. :-)
